Dr. W. is a pediatric gi with many UC patients. Dr. W. helped my daughter stay in school with the least absences possible. Dr. W. referred her to an IBD camp where they boost her self confidence and get her through the year. When we requested to get a 2nd opinion, he wrote a letter on my child's behalf. He is 5-star professional, personality, listener, bedside manner (even waited past 6pm in hospital for her admission). Dr. W is just an incredible human being and my daughter at her young age is aware that she would not get through this without him!
He has been an awesome doctor for my daughter. He even personally calls to check on her. We have gone thru several doctors who just left her on prednisone and didn't offer any other advice. We met with him after she saw two other doctors who did not help her uc. We had our first visit on Tuesday and Friday he had her admitted to the hospital. Unfortunately, after that episode we had to back in the hospital the next week. He took more precautions and tried other routes. He is very caring and considerate even when I put my two cents in about something I read about on the web.
