I have been with Rima for over 7 year . She is extremely knowledgeable friendly and understanding and very compassionate to speak with.
She is in a very buddy group at Quarry Ridge but in my opinion worth the wait to see. Rima introduced me to several drugs some with no success, moderate and so far a combination of Humira , Cortiment and Mezavent which have been more than satisfactory for the last 3 years. She is quick to respond to questions on new treatment with understandable plain language answers including all the pros and cons. She has a great patient nurse to contact in emergencies almost 24/7. (Linda) in all I am very pleased and thankful for her help with this infliction.
