This is my second gastroenterologist and hopefully my last. He listens to what I have to say, is very upfront about everything, and explains everything really well.
I see him once a year, but if I have a problem I can just call the office and get an appointment to see him no problem.
Every 3 years I have to get a colonoscopy now, and he's the one who does it right in the hospital where he works out of. The nurses there are incredibly nice and lovely.
In Canada our health care is covered so we don't have to worry about insurance for visits, appointments or procedures.
