Dr. Towne is a great doctor to work with. I’ve seen him from the time I started having digestive issues through time UC took over entire colon (and many stages in between) and through some pretty scary flare ups since then. Dr. Towne is a good listener; he communicates well with the patient and with the patient’s family; he has a good bedside manner; his nurse is very helpful and even if you have to leave a message, she will get back with you; their office works easily with insurance. I would recommend Dr. Towne to anyone needing a gastroenterologist in the Memphis area.
