My Name is Brian. I’m 39 and have been married 9 years.
I love my wife, the Lord, the Church, and the Bible.
I’ve had many ups and downs many flares and I wanted to share what has got me off all meds and symptom free, PRAISE GOD!!!
I need to share my story I’ve had many flares many times with diarrhea, bloody pus and thought I’d never find remission again.
I’ve had ulcerative colitis over 10 years and recently had a bad flare and couldn’t stop bleeding. I started primal defense probiotic(Primal Defense HSO Probiotic Dietary Supplement) 
, juicing cabbage, carrots, and cilantro and drink 8oz of it three times a day.
Also, I take 4 slippery elm caps(Swanson Slippery Elm Bark Caps)
with warm water before every meal. I take pysllium powder(Psyllium Husk Powder)
with 2 meals. Bleeding and “D” have stopped. Thank God I’m doing great, was able to stop all meds.
