I know I’ve been MIA for some time now, sorry!
I’ve just been rolling with the punches. Last hospitalized in Feb 2012…tried a bunch of drugs (what’s left that I haven’t tried already!) and STILL flaring like crazy. I cannot remember the last time I wasn’t in a colitis flare! I am now gluten free…I did notice a slight improvement with my arthritis, rashes, hives, and finger ulcerations…but just these past few days i have noticed they’re coming back…and strong! I’m assuming it has to do with the weather here in Michigan. Was 65 two days ago and today, 32 with snow!
Anyhow, along with the usual symptoms, I’ve had red bloodshot eyes that itch and hurt like crazy! I don’t know if its my UC but it began at the same time as my all around inflammation did a few days ago. Today is the worse yet. I’m going to press on and pray I don’t end up hospitalized again. I’ll just take it easy the next week or so and try to relax as much as possible. That seems to help sometimes.
Anyone else experience eye pain / redness / itching?? Weird.
But nothing ceases to amaze me with my health symptoms longer!
