Dr. Fackler takes the time to listen to me, answers all my questions in terms I can understand. He is very professional, but kind and considerate. The staff is acceptable with the nurse being really great. Dr. Fackler has been my physician since I was first diagnosed with UC. I cannot say enough good things about him. There are time you have to wait beyond your appt. time but he never ever makes me feel as if he is rushing me out of his office. In other words you get as much of his time and attention as you need.
