I have had UC since age six, I am 29 now and never had a better Doctor than Dr. Willis. He is the most thorough and caring doctor, he sits and talks to you and will explain it ten times if you don’t understand. He works with you and got my flair under control after two weeks. His office staff are fantastic as well, you feel like family whether you call on the phone or go in. I am super thrilled to have found him and this office and highly recommend them to anyone wanting the best care for their ulcerative colitis. I transferred to him by chance because i was going through a nasty flair and my doctor was at Jefferson digestive disease in Philly and they ignored my voicemail and emails for two weeks as i was getting worse. Finally looked up Advanced gastroenterology and nutrition and met with Dr. Willis and he basically saved me from being put in hospital. Great bedside manner. Cant stress enough that the whole experience between him and his office staff, the nurses and secretaries is fantastic. My husband and i feel so at ease knowing we have them on our side.

Dr. Willis has a kind and gentle bedside manner, listens and spends as much time with you as needed without checking his watch. Je talks to you as a person and not a number and hears out what u have to say. Won't push u into anything and is always thorough. His office staff( nurses and secretaries) are just as amazing, so much that when I call there all I say is hi its Nicole and they know who it is. They are on top of your records and making sure you are ojay as if you are family. Super clean super friendly super professional :)
