Comments:
For a relatively small town, Dr. Wu is outstanding and one of the best in downstate Illinois. He is very caring and compassionate, and wants his patients to get well. He is willing to sit and answer questions during the office visit. His nurse is awesome and the connecting Endoscopy center is top-notch. The only downside is that he is out of the office a lot at conferences, so at times he is hard to reach and get answers in a timely matter. He covers all aspects of gastroenterology, so I’m not sure what percentage of patients are UC. We never had a problem with insurance, but we are Caterpillar, and pretty much everyone accepts Cat insurance down here.
