Very kind and a great listener. Dr. Hooks will take as much time as you need in explaining what is going on. Is just as concerned with your mental health as he is with your physical health because he knows one can effect the other. He will do anything to help his patients in any way that will assist in their recovery. He is thorough in everything he does and leaves no stone unturned. Dr. Hooks mostly treats patients with Chrone's Disease or Ulcerative Colitis but he will help anyone with anything regarding the gastro-intestinal tract. Dr. Hooks also does all procedures himself. Office staff is nice and they are always willing to help. Office works easily with most insurances and self-pay.
