Finding a pediatric Dr is not as easy as an adult one. My 16 year old was also very sure she wanted a female Dr and so MN Gasto offered a few different options and we ended up with Nissa. This is the only Dr my daughter has seen but she has been thoughtful and easy to work with. She even helped refer us to an integrative clinic so my daughter could work on managing her stress levels through bio-feedback. Additionally while Dr. Erickson was on maternity leave, there was backup at the clinic which was important as we had just started 6MP and the first couple of blood tests were sketchy and we needed to make sure we got to a stable point. The backup Dr. and assistants were great with answering our questions and setting up extra blood tests. Finally we are relieved because there are multiple locations for this clinic so she can actually do her blood tests at a location much closer to home.
