Dr. Puff and his staff are very PRO active in my case, they want me to call them every 2 days with my status. At that time the nurse will call back because the doctor has made medicine adjustments. When I do see the doctor, he looks at me while I am talking to him. That’s a big deal for me!! I get responses the same day that I call them. They are very kind hearted and easy to talk to.
I’m not sure what insurances they take, as I do not have insurance, but I would think as is everything they do, they treat insurance professionally.
