Dr. O’ Donovan is very friendly and down to earth. I find he makes me feel very comfortable talking about what is an embarrassing illness.
He is very straight talking and explains treatments and issues very clearly in laymans terms. He never gives you the impression he’s in a hurry, he definitely gives you proper time and attention to talk about your condition and answers all my questions every time.
He’s very compassionate.
He has been successful in putting my Ulcerative Colitis into remission.
His team of nursing staff are fabulous, very lovely people with vast knowledge on the subject of IBDs. Always available on the end of the phone.
I would never consider changing consultants.
