I have UC and was having a difficult time getting help for a painful flare a few years ago. Dr DeJongh saved the day. She is friendly, easy to talk to, up on the latest treatments, and willing to let you try different approaches. Highly professional, a great listener, and empathetic, too. She is one of a multiple physician GI office home-based in Ocala, Florida. Her office staff is good, and they work well with insurances. Had one little issue with a lab code, but it wasn’t their fault and was resolved by Dr D writing a note. I have Medicare and the AARP Medicare supplement.
