I have been going to this doctor since 1999. He has a great bedside manner. The office staff could be better and is often difficult to get in to see him personally. Usually you will see the physician's assistant; however, he is the one who does the procedures.
Dr.Duckworth is very professional and offers reassurance without being patronizing.I have Anthem as well as Cigna insurance and thus far have not had any issues with insurance.
when I first started going, I had some issues with their front desk staff, but I think it has improved a lot. Definitely recommend him.
