Incredible, Intelligent, compassionate, very thorough. Reviewed my whole medical history, on the spot. My appt. took more time then usual but by no means felt cut off or rushed. Very detail orientated. Wish I would have meet him back in 1997 I would not be struggling today. I just want to write so much but wish I could rate him more then a 5. Leaving the office I had so many emotions tears, anger(not because of Dr. lalor but because of other GI's) but satisfaction and hope that he will help me.
Dr Lalo works with you for your treatment. He gets to know you as a person and clearly identifies your goals. He actually talks to you, gives you more than enough time for questions, and then works with you to determine the best treatment options. Always nice to visit him for my quarterly checkups.
He keeps excellent records, and always provides a summary of the visit (with concerns, blood work and positive comments) to my family physician. This really helps to ensure continuum of care, and accurate treatment if an emergency was to arise. I have seen other GIs and he is by far my favourite.
