Dr. Bavishi is the 5th GI doc my husband has seen, and she is the only one who is looking for causes rather than treating his symptoms with drugs.
She took him off a couple of his meds and tweaked his diet (no gluten was the main change) and he has been doing well for several months now.
She has a very busy practice, but she always takes her time during our appointments and we never feel rushed.
I am especially impressed with the staff and with the fact that when you call you never get a recording; the phone is answered quickly by a real person.
We are so impressed with her that we are willing to make the 4 hour drive to Houston to see her (we live in Corpus Christi).
