Dr. Shen is known as 'Jpouch Jesus.' He really knows his stuff and everything he has suggested has worked very well. He also does not automatically medicate everything. I had a lot of trouble with my pouch at first, and he recommended biofeedback/physical therapy. It did the trick, and I haven't been in to see him for over a year. Dr. Shen's manner is professional, but very warm. Dr. Shen is very kind and empathic, and listens well. He is a little hard at first to understand, so you need to pay attention closely. His staff is great, very responsive. I had no trouble with my insurance, I believe the Clinic accepts most insurance.
