Very easy to talk to, professional, doesn’t give you anything you don’t want but will remind you of the disadvantages of not taking that option, always seen to have another member of staff during appointments… It’s the NHS so insurance is payed through the UK taxes and to finish off, is someone you can trust, very approachable. Not like these doctors you find who tell you what you’re having and that’s it.
