This meal is really pretty simple.
The ingredients are very simple as well:
2 pork chops
2 strips of sugar free bacon
1 tablespoon of olive oil (used for browning the pork chops at the beginning)
1/2 onion
1/2 cabbage
1 1/2 cups of chicken broth
That’s all you need. It really is that simple. Just crank on the oven to 400 degrees before you get started and have a pot handy that can be placed in the oven.

I just had cabbage (sauerkraut) for the first time in six months, two nights in a row and I am doing great! I know I wouldn’t have been able to eat it a few months ago… Consider sauerkraut for the probiotics it contains!
