I am a 34-year old woman from Sweden. I work as an architect, and I have a 1,5 year old daughter. I have UC probably since I was a teenager, but I wasn’t diagnosed until it got really bad back in 2008.

We took a look at exactly what Kyle has been eating, big thanks to him for sending in a detailed food journal, and upon reviewing everything, it looks like there are some changes that he could make to help tackle what is causing the cramping that is persisting and stopping him from feeling 100% on the SCD diet.
