Remicade is a medication that affects the immune system and is prescribed for Ulcerative Colitis patients who are not responding to other medications. It is administered through an IV usually into your arm.
Current Details regarding rates of remission from using Remicade and/or Humira (anti-TNF medications) to treat UC, as well as adverse side effects rates, and what to expect when changing from one medication to the other.
