Ben has recently had a colonoscopy after ten years of ulcerative colitis and it came back totally clear, he attributes his success to changes he has recently made. Big congrats to him for sharing and getting on with his life!
I’m currently at a state in my life that I’m not completely happy with, but see each day as a new opportunity to get that step further!
