I am currently following David Klein's Self Healing Crohn's and Colitis protocol. In 9 weeks my disease and my life has turned on it's head. The healing that i have gone through has been incredible - there is still more to go and it has been one of the hardest things i have ever had to do in my life with many dark, dark days.
