This is for people with a sweet tooth on the SCD plan.
For the apple chips:
1 tsp of Cinnamon, 1/4 tsp of nutmeg, Honey for glazing(small amounts on each chip and thinly), 1 apple
Preheat your oven to 200 degrees, and line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Core the apples and then slice them as thinly as you can with a kitchen knife. Lay them in a single layer on the baking sheet,glaze with a small amount of honey on each chip and sprinkle the nutmeg and cinnamon. Bake for one hour, and then flip the apple slices on the baking sheet. Glaze honey on the flipped slices, and bake for an additional 30 minutes. Allow to cool and serve.
Pear & Blueberry Dip
Punnett of Blueberries,1 Pear,Honey
Chop up the blueberries and add them to a saucepan, add a small amount of water. Keep on a low heat. Peel the pear and chop it into small pieces. Add it with the blueberries. Stir them for a while and let the juices come out. Start adding honey (this is up to you how much you put in, I put in about 8 tbsp), leave for a while on low heat until it starts to look like jam. Add amount into a small bowl and serve with chips. With leftovers you can add it with SCD yoghurt or save by putting it in a jar as your own jam!
