I have Ulcerative Colitis:
33 years old and have had Colitis since 2004! I work out, do yoga, eat for my health, have a family & a high stress career!
The medication story:
A nice steroid and a new medication called Aldo (sp?) This past year I had a “MONSTER” flare up. landed in the hospital! I swear it was the stress at work that pushed me to that point!
I WANT OFF the drugs.
