Today I think I am making the decision to join the local TeamChallenge Crohn’s and Colitis group here in the Bay Area, California. There are hundreds(I think) groups like this. You can listen to the short audio clip that I made on my drive home from the meet-up, which actually ended up being a 4 mile walk for me.(Probably more exercise than I have had the past two weeks combined…)
I know in the past I have been hardcore anti-anything even remotely associated with the drug companies which CCFA most definitely is, but I am going back on that thinking for one major reason. I explain why in the audio clip that you can listen to from the link below.

Let us know if there is a link to donate money for your race!!! would love to help you out, since you have helped soooooo many! Wish I could do the race too, can you walk it? I don’t think after the summer I’ve had I cld run, but I might be able to walk!!

Thanks so much for your support. I think there might be a place to make donations, but I need to check and see. And about walking it, you bet you can, that is what I am planning on doing for quite a bit if not most of it atleast.
