Hi Ulcerative Colitis People,
I need help with putting on weight! I have ulcerative colitis too.
I have lost a lot of weight. I am 6’1 and normally weight around 160 (so I’m tall and skinny/lean already…not much body fat to begin with) and right now I weigh 130 pounds. I need help putting weight back on! Any suggestions?!?! Help would be appreciated very very much!
My Current Medications: Remicade and Prednisone…tapering off the Prednisone every week.

how do you gain weight while UC is flaring?
