Dr. Polyak only deals with patients that have UC or Crohns. It can be kind of tricky scheduling an appointment with him being that he is really the only doctor in the area that is strictly a Ulcerative Colitis and Crohns doctor, but it is defiantly worth the wait because he is a great doctor. He is a very good listener and is the most thorough doctor I have ever had. The only problem I have ever had with his office is his nurse and who ever else answers his phone, they don't seem to be the greatest at relaying messages.
