Dr. Cross is very personable and has wonderful bed side manner. He gives many different treatment options and explains them all in thoroughly. He is always available by phone or email. The staff is very professional and courtesy. The Office is located in the University of Maryland Medical Center so everything you might need is all right there. They take most insurances. I would recommend him to anyone in the Baltimore area looking for a new doctor. The only draw back is you have to pay for parking either in the hospital garage or on the street. I think it is worth it.
