Dr Feagan is fantastic. He always takes time to listen, even turning away from his computer screen to face me. He's willing to listen to my ideas on dietary changes and doesn't dismiss them as so many of my previous doctors have done. In four years with UC, I've seen 3 GI doctors. (This is as a patient, not counting the doctors during two hospitalizations. )
When I have test results, he will call with the results. Not the nurse - he calls himself. I can't tell you how helpful this is, as I can get questions answered right away. His office staff is delightful, as well. Altogether this is a great practice with a very good doctor.
