I am newly diagnosed, so have only interacted with Dr. Hatfield on a couple occasions. With that said, so far I could not be more pleased.
Dr. Hatfield has been patient and kind. He has really taken his time with me to listen and to carefully explain my condition and treatment options. I am feeling fortunate to have him as my treating physician. He is board certified in internal medicine as well as gastroenterology and it is easy to feel confident of his skill.
The office staff and other caregivers have been equally kind and patient. It has been easy to make appointments and the insurance handling has been seamless.
